Senior Consultant – LegalServer Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant to drive transformative case management implementations, advancements, collaborations, and support for our legal services organization clients. This pivotal role involves fostering client relationships, spearheading strategic projects, and orchestrating seamless system transitions.  

Work location and schedule: Remote within the United States; 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. E.T. 

 Travel: Occasional on-site client work and conferences  

 Key Responsibilities:  

• Strategic Leadership: Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, guiding project direction with a strategic mindset. 
• Project Management Excellence: Working with the Director of Consulting and Project Management Team, efficiently manage project data, deliverables, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes. Independently manage complex, longer-duration projects that require the management of multiple stakeholders. 
• Innovative Implementation: Demonstrate expertise and innovation in crafting and executing case management projects, including gathering requirements, analyzing data, proposing solutions, refining, and implementing. 
• Training: Develop and lead training programs, aiding clients and internal staff to streamline technology transitions. 
• System Management: Effectively oversee technical support, updates, and customization for LegalServer. 

• Business Development: Drive growth through impactful presentations, project scoping, and compelling proposals. 
• Billable Excellence: Achieve billable project and client hour targets (>60%), demonstrating your commitment to delivering value. Keep contemporaneous time records in our project management software. 

Required Qualifications: 

• LegalServer Mastery: Proven experience in the administration of LegalServer case management system. 
• Technology Driven Efficiency: Track record of enhancing service delivery and efficiency through law firm technology projects. 
• Time Management and Organizational Skills: Exceptional time and task management skills; proven ability to provide contemporaneous time records. 
• Independent and Team Player: The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and proactive approach to engaging in diverse tasks and collaborating across teams and projects. 

 We Offer:  

Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year commensurate with skills and experience plus performance-based bonuses.
