Caitlin McTiernan is a strategic thinker and dedicated project manager who first joined the legal aid community as a data analyst for the New York Legal Assistance Group. At NYLAG, she worked to institute practices that improved the quality and accessibility of programmatic data and migrated the organization over to LegalServer. Caitlin is passionate about helping legal aid organizations leverage technology to better support and promote data-driven decision making. She was a previous panelist at the NYS Civil Legal Aid Technology Conference, where she spoke on making use of data science and systems analysis to improve legal programs. When not at the office or in class completing her Master of Public Administration degree from NYU, Caitlin enjoys seeing any and all theatre and exploring NYC by bicycle.
