    Manager, Client Services

    After joining Just-Tech as a Lead Senior Support Tech in 2020, Timothy Wachenfeld was promoted to Manager, Client Services.  As Manager, Tim works closely with the Director to manage the Client Services team to provide clients with knowledgeable and prompt service.  Tim comes from a strong technical background, previously working for a Managed Services Provider focusing on the Constructions and Manufacturing industry.  Tim developed his technical knowledge by working on everything from back-end infrastructure to working with clients directly. Tim’s first job into the technical world was working with Linux based servers for a small company that developed out-tracking software for food distributors like Boar’s Head.

    Tim constantly works to educate himself in the IT world and has multiple certifications, like CompTIA Network+ and Security+.

    In his spare time, Tim likes to spend time with his family, playing games and sports with his 3 kids and walking the dog.  A gamer when he can find the time, Tim also enjoys watching current movies and TV Shows. Tim also likes to work on his home network and server in his off-hours, continuing to develop his skills.
