Miguel Castillo is a problem solver. When things go haywire—literally—Miguel arrives on the scene to calm nerves, alleviate stress, and fix the technological issues that his clients face.
“My ultimate goal is to facilitate my clients’ work,” he says. “I want to see the big picture, to anticipate needs ahead of time, and address small problems before they become larger issues.”
With a proven history of leadership and a background in customer service, Miguel is ideally qualified to understand his clients’ requests and work resolutely to make sure they have the right tools at their disposal.
“We often see clients when they are in a bad moment,” he says. “Our work is twofold: Reassure clients with confidence, and then quickly deliver the correct technological solutions to solve their problem.”
Miguel is an IT Specialist with nearly 15 years of experience as a team leader, and he serves as a Technical Associate for Just-Tech, working with internal and external clients to solve tech related issues and facilitate the implementation of new technologies. He is well regarded by his colleagues as a critical thinker with an impressive understanding of technology. “This is a team that is dedicated to finding solutions—internally and externally,” he says. “That’s what I love to do, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.”
An avid tennis player, Miguel also plays guitar and writes poetry and songs in his free time.
