Just-Tech is thrilled to announce our attendance at the upcoming LSC’s Innovations in Technology Conference. The two-and-a-half-day conference will feature inspiring speakers and break-out sessions, including workshops, hands-on demos, and affinity groups for hundreds of technologists, legal aid advocates, court personnel, law school professors, pro bono coordinators, and other professionals.

In addition to attending the conference, Just-Tech will also be presenting and participating in multiple sessions. Ellen Samuel, Just-Tech’s Director of Consulting, will be co-presenting “Mastering IT Security: Top Ten Essential Measures for Today’s Threat Landscape” at 11:15am on Feb 1st. The session will cover the top security measures you need right now to ensure you’re safe from ever-evolving threat factors. You will have the opportunity to learn about NIST, CSF, PCI, ISO, HIPAA, and gain peace of mind while impressing auditors, funders, and management.

Tony Lu, Senior Consultant at Just-Tech, will be speaking in the session “Growth Mode: Adopting a Cloud-Based File Management Solution to Support Diverse Agency Needs” with Lara Kasper-Buckareff, COO of Legal Services of the Hudson Valley and Erin Riker, Technology-Based Legal Services Attorney of Center for Elder Law and Justice at 3:30 pm on Feb 1^st. The focus will be on how to successfully plan and manage your organization’s adoption process, using a cloud-based file management solution, such as SharePoint Online.

We are also excited to be a part of the Cybersecurity affinity group where we can share our expertise and ideas while we learn from other attendees. We are looking forward to connecting with other professionals interested in advancing community-wide collaborations and practices, technology projects, and tools being implemented to promote access to justice.
